Return Policy

Dear Pyopple, we’re sorry but for now we do not accept any returns or refunds caused by personal error in choosing shoes’ colour, type, and size. 

A product is considerable for returns only if the product received is different from the purchase or if the product is defective, for which we are responsible.

*You have to return the unworn products, without wrinkles on leather, no stain or dirt on the insole and outsole, and must be in Pyopp’s box. Pyopp may refuse a return request if the product is not in actual condition by the time you received it.
